50 at 50

Hello. I'm Claire, an almost 50 year old Mum to two beautiful teenage girls and also have a long suffering husband, a mad yellow labrador and a goldfish named Barbara. I like to play my flute and I sing-a lot! I also love my weekly yoga practice and eating chocolate, preferably washed down with a glass of something red.
